FluentFix is a personal project I built for my family and decided to share with the world. These terms are here to keep things fair and transparent for everyone. By using FluentFix, you agree to the following.

What FluentFix does

FluentFix is an AI-powered rewriting tool. You paste in text, pick a tone, and get a rewritten version back. The output is a suggestion — a starting point to help you communicate more clearly, not a guaranteed perfect result.

Your content

You own what you paste in and what you copy out. FluentFix doesn't claim any ownership over your content. Your text is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not stored by us after the rewrite is complete.

Data collection & improvement

We collect anonymized usage data, error reports, performance metrics, and session information to operate, maintain, and improve FluentFix. Feedback you submit may be used to improve rewrite quality and the overall product experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

AI output disclaimer

All rewrites are AI-generated suggestions. They may not always be perfect, and it's your responsibility to review the output before using it. FluentFix is not liable for any inaccuracies, misunderstandings, or issues that arise from using AI-generated text.

Acceptable use

Please use FluentFix responsibly. Don't use it to generate spam, illegal content, or anything harmful. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the service. Basically — be a good human.

Limitation of liability

FluentFix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluentFix and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Availability & support

FluentFix is provided on a best-effort basis. There are no uptime guarantees and no guaranteed support response times. I may change, update, or discontinue features at any time. This is a passion project — I'll do my best, but please don't expect enterprise-level support.

Paid features

If you purchase a paid plan, all sales are final. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, the updated version will be posted here. Continued use of FluentFix after changes means you accept the new terms.
